Our experience

The Founder of FormScope is Patti Fosselman.

Ms. Fosselman has worked in the health care insurance industry for over 20 years, primarily in the Information Systems area. She has been involved with designing and programming claims processing systems, implementation of provider negotiated contracts, redesign of a corporate EOB, conversion to electronic HIPAA transactions and most recently implementation of clinical claims editing software for a large insurance company. She has in depth knowledge of the electronic 837I/837P transactions. She has spent numerous hours detecting provider billing errors and correcting claim payment errors. She has received a great deal of insight into how the healthcare system works through her professional work activities.

As a member of Medical Billing Advocates of America, Ms. Fosselman has also received additional training in Hospital Billing Review and Compliance and has a full understanding of how healthcare charges are applied by providers of all types.
